Jesse Pyun has been a part of the Church Street School for Music & Art family his entire life. Starting in CSSMA's Music and Movement classes at 2 years old, he was able to grow creatively and was ingrained with rhythm and beat. Over the years, he has continued to be a part of the CSSMA community, through lessons and volunteer work leading him to become a teacher's assistant, as well as front desk staff, and lead organizer of CSSMA’s teen program “72”.

Jesse is currently an undergraduate student at CUNY Queens College studying percussion and music education to follow in his mentors' footsteps. He strongly believes in the CSSMA’s mission to serve its community and provide music and art to anyone.
