Phil Stewart is a New York city based Jazz drummer who has worked with some of the finest musicians anywhere. Since relocating to NYC from his native Toronto in 1998 Phil has worked with such Players as Grant Stewart, Pete Bernstein, Brad Mehldau, Larry Goldings, Hank Jones, Barry Harris etc. Phil has performed all over the world including Japan, Russia, Germany, Switzerland and France. Phil has also studied with many great teachers including Sam Ulano and Joe Morello and hopes to inspire young students to reach their full musical potential.
