In this class, teens will achieve strength, flexibility, ease, equilibrium, relaxation, and radiance through Asanas (yoga poses), Pranama (breath), and meditation. Certified yoga instructor Sabine Heubusch also employs the Alexander Technique to give insight into proper alignment of the poses, preventing injuries and encouraging ease, elasticity and freedom – physically, mentally and emotionally.
