improv_and_threatre_1

In this favorite CSS class, improvisational play is used to nurture creativity while building confidence and sharing in the bond of laughter. Students use their imagination to create a shared reality with classmates while playing two roles in the classroom: that of the player and that of the audience. As the semester advances, students develop their own skits and direct scenes. Improv’s use of audience suggestion throughout the playing keeps everyone engaged and creative contributors to the fun and laughter.
