Memorial / Benefit Concert for Edith Hirshtal

Please join us for a memorial concert in honor of our friend and esteemed colleague, Edith Hirshtal. As a dedicated teacher and gifted pianist, Edith touched us deeply with her passion, beauty, and musicianship.

When:

Saturday, February 27th

Doors will open at 2:30pm, performances at 3pm

Reception to follow

Tickets:

$25.00 per person, seating is limited.

We urge guests to reserve a seat as soon as possible. RSVP to Toby Wine, Director of Music, tobywine@churchstreetschool.org.

Donations:

All proceeds will establish a new scholarship in Edith’s name for an especially promising student of classical piano. To make a separate donation to the scholarship fund, click here.

Share your memories:

We hope guests will share their personal stories and memories of Edith and contribute photographs and other keepsakes for display. Individuals are also welcome to contribute food and refreshments for the reception. Please contact Tereza Lee at trizali@yahoo.com regarding such contributions.

Lights. Camera… Family Festival! Come downtown and spend the day in our neighborhood with “on location” filmmaking activities, live Broadway performances, video games, arts and crafts, film screenings, community merchants and restaurants, cooking demonstrations, storytelling, and so much more. All fun and FREE!
